At Brainfox Infotech Pvt. Ltd., we are committed to providing high-quality website development and digital marketing services. However, as a service-based business, we follow a strict no-refund policy with certain exceptions outlined below.
1. No Refund Policy
Due to the nature of our services, refunds are not applicable once work has commenced, including:
- Website design & development services.
- Digital marketing services (SEO, social media management, ads, etc.).
- Branding, content writing, and strategy services.
2. Exceptions for Refunds
A refund may be considered under the following cases:
- Double Payment: If a client has made a duplicate payment, a full refund of the extra amount will be issued within 7 working days.
- Project Cancellation Before Work Starts: If a client cancels the project before we have initiated any work, a partial refund may be granted after deducting administrative and processing fees.
- Failure to Deliver: In rare cases where we are unable to complete the agreed project due to internal reasons, a refund may be processed based on the percentage of work completed.
3. Refund Process
- All refund requests must be sent via email to with proper details.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 working days to the original payment method.
4. Payment & Disputes
- Payments are collected as per the agreed milestones or monthly retainers.
- Any dispute regarding payments must be raised within 5 days of the transaction.
- Chargebacks or payment reversals without prior discussion may lead to legal action.
5. Modifications to This Policy
Brainfox Infotech reserves the right to modify this policy at any time. Clients are advised to review it periodically.
